Xionggang Glass manufactures borosilicate 4.0 fire-rated glass, a monolithic non-insulating (integrity-only) product developed from traditional 3.3 borosilicate. The manufacturer states a fire resistance rating exceeding 120 min and heat-shock resistance greater than 200 °C. Because it tolerates rapid temperature change, the glass can be paired with water-spray systems to achieve insulating fire-rated performance.
The company offers panels up to 4500 mm × 2440 mm in thicknesses from 5 mm to 15 mm, with custom sizes available. Production runs on a dedicated continuous convection tempering line, which the company says yields uniform stress, low spontaneous breakage, and high capacity.

An in-house fire-testing centre supports random spot checks for fire-rating classification, integrity, and insulation. The furnace records temperature and pressure data during test burns.

Xionggang Glass is a building-glass fabricator based in Southwest China and one of the regional producers capable of volume output of borosilicate fire-rated glass.
